To return, you will need only some conditions:
• the product must be with tags, seals, labels
• the product must be in unworn, perfect condition (unwashed, clean)
• the product must be purchased no more than 5 days, counting the day of payment (if the product was sent by a transport company, then no more than 5 days after you received it, counting the day of receipt)
We reserve the right to consider each case individually. Write to us in messengers, come to the store, we will consider the situation and certainly solve it.
In case of a manufacturing defect, we will cover all shipping costs.
If, after purchasing a product, you realize that you do not like it, it does not fit, for example, in size, you can always contact us observing the same conditions as in the case of a manufacturing defect. The only difference in this case is that the shipping costs are paid by the customer.
